Friends of the Lake responds to Danbury News-Times article “Boughton: Sewer rates might go up”
Friends of the Lake has submitted the following response to the Danbury News-Times regarding an article titled "Boughton: Sewer rates might go up," which appeared in the April 5th, 2012 edition. The article reported Danbury's reluctance to accept lower phosphorus limits in their wastewater treatment plant effluent, as required by the state DEEP and the federal EPA for their permit renewal. read more...
