FOTL executive board has been participating in workshops with NGC and other stakeholders concerning the Shoreline Management Plan (SMP). NGC is mandated from FERC to submit several plans including the SMP as part of NGC re-license permit. NGC has retained the Essex Partnership group to outline research and write the plan. Essex Partnership has just released their draft. Over the next few weeks they will be hosting several workshops and public hearings as part of this process.
