Friends of the Lake is pleased to host the first annual Lake Lillinonah Family Day on Saturday, August 4, 2007 from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, with a rain date of Sunday, August 5th, at the Newtown Boat Ramp. Bring you family, friends and neighbors. Five years ago when the FOTL was founded the mission was to not only to be a vocal advocate for the protection of Lake Lillinonah, but to build a strong lake community. The lake is a destination for a variety of activities throughout the year. The goal of Family Day is to bring together neighbors, while offering an opportunity to demonstrate the many activities available to those that love the lake and all it has to offer.
