Beginning on November 5, 2011, FirstLight Power Resources (“FirstLight”), the owner and operator of the Shepaug Hydroelectric Project, is lowering the reservoir water level of Lake Lillinonah approximately 7 feet from CL&P Elevation 197.0, its normal minimum pond elevation to 190.0 feet for regular annual maintenance. read more...
